Interoute Backhaul Services: When customers are not in the same location as our IP PoP, Interoute offers a broad range of backhaul services over Interoute's layer 1 and layer 2 networks to enable customers to reach our services.

Other licensed operator (OLO) Backhaul Services: for customers whose premises are located in a facility that is "off-net", we can connect your premises to the Interoute Network using a broad range of OLO private circuits.

Billing Options
- Flat rate - Flat rate MRC for a port that includes all usage based charges
- Usage Based Billing - Usage based service based upon 95th percentile billing
- Commit + Burst - Per Mbps 95th Percentile Committed level + Burst where the customer commits to a level of bandwidth and is charged at the 95th percentile for the excess usage

Customer Support
Interoute's Network Operations Centres manages our networks on a 24x7x365 basis. Our Customer Service Centre is also available to provide customers with support 24 hours per day, 365 days a year.

- DoS Protection (RTBH) - Available to all customers as part of their IP Service. Interoute's DoS Protection services uses RTBH 'blackhole' routing within the IP network to stop DoS traffic reaching a customers network.
- DDoS Protection - For an additional monthly charge, Interoute's DDoS service offers customers an intelligent DDoS 'Traffic Scrubbing' protection service.
